There are two important standards, the laity should know, especially if they hire a lawyer to protect their interests.
1. You are not protected so that you can, if your lawyer is not your questions "on the plate." In a divorce or family court proceedings are "on the plate" when they are taken by the stenographer. What does this mean? This means that the chambers conferences where the court stenographer is not present and the information contained in the Judges chambers are not "on the plate." It means that the discussions with the judges on the bench before the court is not "on the record" unless the judge expressly stated the court stenographer to the information.
2. If you have any articles that are not "on the plate" when you're on a specific topic appeal, the Rhode Iceland Supreme Court has consistently ruled that it is not an issue is that for the first time on appeal. In other words, it was not "on the plate"... And... The Rhode Iceland Supreme Court has also consistently ruled that it was the great consideration to the proceedings as a judge of fact, Trier (since he or she the person in the best position to the attitude, character and testimony of witnesses) and the actual results of the study, judges will not be disturbed absent some gross errors. The study assesses the provisions of the law will be upheld unless it is demonstrated on appeal that the trial judge clearly abused his discretion in applying the law or the facts to the law.
Each party before the Rhode Iceland family court should consider whether it is financially able to appeal questions when the trial judge does not rule his way. If this is the case, the same parties should ensure that important issues are "on" and are not on the bench or behind closed doors in a chamber of the conference. If your lawyer is not your questions, on the record, if you lose, what was the point of beginning of the battle at the beginning? Only the chance to win the first time?
